Idag var det dags att hylla solen och samtidigt hjälpa till att samla in pengar till en yoga bistånds organisation som bl a hjälper hemlösa barn. Allt tog plats klockan 6 på morgonen i Sydneys vackra botaniska trädgårdar, vid det berömda operahuset. Vi gjorde 108 solhälsningar (yoga rörelser).
108 var antalet därför att:
- Solen är 108 gånger större än jorden.
- Avståndet från jorden till solen är 108 gånger större än jordens storlek.
- Avståndet från jorden till månen är 108 gånger större än månens storlek.
- Det är 108 pärlor på ett mala-band. (hinduiskt/buddistisk bön halsband)

It was time to celebrate the sun today and at the same time help fundrise some money to a yoga aid foundation that helps homeless children. It all took place at 6am in the beautiful Sydney's botanical gardens, next to the very famous opera house. We did 108 sun salutations (yoga poses). It was 108 because:
- The Sun is 108 times the size of the Earth.
- The distance from the Earth to the Sun is 108 times the size of the Earth.
- The distance from the Earth to the Moon is 108 times the size of the Moon.
- There are 108 beads to a Mala.
